Return, exchange and shipping policy

• All items come with a 30 Day repair/exchange warranty and a 14 day return policy.
• Returns are charged a 15% restocking fee.
• New items must be unopened.
• Tracking will be sent by text in 3-5 business days.
• We will not provide a refund or replacement once the shipping service confirms delivery. If you have concerns with the address you provided, please check the “Ship to a different address?” box and provide a safe shipping address at during checkout. We can also ship to a safe pick up location like the UPS Store they charge a $5 fee at the time of pick up.
